          I am happy to announce the addition of some new features to DigitalHeretic.com. The forums are here so the YOU the “User” can ask questions and that other readers or I can hopefully answer your technical problems. So feel free to sign up and start asking questions related to the problems you are experiencing with your Windows or MAC based computer system.

           Coming soon to DigitalHeretic.com is a feature now being tested for this web site known as remote desktop or remote assistance software, which allows me to use my computer to take control of your computer as if I was sitting in your desk chair (as long as your system is running well enough to access the internet that is). Otherwise you can contact me through email or phone and I will be happy to service your computer or laptop.
